- Business Operations and Operations Management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data analysis
- Program Management and project coordination experience
- Finance skills including budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
