Work Location: Okhla, New Delhi

cKinetics is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about working in the Sustainability Consulting space. The candidate would be part of the Human Resourcesteam at cKinetics working closely with the leadership team for strategizing various talent acquisition activities to attract and retain top talent.

Purpose of the Position

The main purpose of this role is to grow the companys talent pipeline and support the complete talent acquisition lifecycle across a variety of open roles and help the organization identify, hire and retain quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the executive team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs and support in designing and implementing the most appropriate and innovative recruitment strategies
• Using multiple hiring sources to find quality candidates and support the companys TA process ensuring to build a great candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Actively participate in a variety of talent mapping activities and reach out to prospects via different channels like careers page, job portals, social networks & groups, referral program, head hunting etc.
• Support and manage different steps of hiring including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, HR screening interviews, shortlisting, performing background checks, issuing employment contracts etc.
• Maintain and update candidate database and records of both active and passive prospects, new hires, existing team members and ex-team members
• Support the performance management process and participate in ad-hoc HR and TA related activities as and when required

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate MUST-HAVE:

• MBA in Human Resource Management from a Top 20 institute
• Minimum of Five (5) years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist supporting Strategic Research and Management Consulting talent needs
• Comprehensive knowledge of: different hiring tools including social media recruiting and varied head-hunting approaches; and HR processes required to attract and retain the best talent
• Ability to work autonomously and multi-task in an energetic environment with a can-do approach
• Flexible and inquisitive mindset to understand quickly the organizational and departmental needs and accordingly organize and prioritize work assignments; ultimately, should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific talent hiring goals of the organization within the specified timelines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
