• Should have a good understanding of financial methodologies and concepts
• Expertise in analyzing financial statements, cash flows, working capital etc.
• Knowledge of M&A transactions and deal structuring
• Ability to identify red flags, accounting irregularities, and inconsistencies in financial data.
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial transactions

• Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements across industries and meet deadlines
