Claidroid Technologies is urgently looking for an experienced Test Manager / Test Lead to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large-scale, business-critical insurance programs.

Role Overview

As a Test Manager / Test Lead,

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete UAT test management process
• Define, implement, and improve UAT testing strategies, standards, and methodologies
• Collaborate with business and development teams to analyze defects and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements to UAT
• Lead defect triage, risk identification, escalation, and mitigation
• Manage test teams and ensure clear, timely stakeholder communication
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing and quality processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or software-related disciplines
• 8+ years of experience in Testing with strong UAT / Test Management exposure
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and team management skills
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum
• Excellent Insurance domain knowledge, especially Finance, Payments, and Collections

  Get Hired
• ISTQB / CTSE certification (certified or aspiring)

Good to Have

• Experience with UFT, Selenium, or TOSCA
• SQL and reporting tool exposure
• Insurance certifications (BOI, COGI, ACOGI(E))
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
