Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Clans Machina. The role is located in Bhubaneswar, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth for the company.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in the Renewable energy, Solar, EV or Elevator industry

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- 3-5 Years Experience in Sales or Business Development.
