Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Accounting Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Finance Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, and conducting financial analysis. Day-to-day tasks include managing company finances, analyzing financial data, and preparing budget forecasts. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.

Manage day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping.

Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and banking operations.

Handle GST compliance, returns, and other statutory filings.

Prepare and analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

Provide insights for financial planning and operational efficiency.

Qualifications : BCOM, MBA in Finance

35 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a growing business or project-based industry.Hands-on expertise in budgeting, daily accounts, GST compliance, and P&L/BS analysis.

Strong understanding of banking procedures, taxation, and financial reporting tools.

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
