Responsibilities:

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible to -
Build, mentor, and grow a team of product designers across experience levels, establishing design processes, critiques, career development frameworks for designers to thrive
Transform complex revenue workflows into elegant design solutions, and ensure designs connect to business goals
Champion user-centered design practices and elevate design maturity across the organization

Create an environment for team success by removing blockers, providing clear direction, and fostering a collaborative culture of learning and continuous improvements
Direct design efforts toward measurable outcomes, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact work that drives user and business value

Skill Set:

12+ years of product design experience
3+ years experience as a people management
A strong portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS product design work
Ability to set clear goals, drive accountability and cultivate a strong sense of ownership
Strategic thinking and ability to balance immediate needs and long-term vision
Strong coaching and talent development skills, focused on elevating the design craft across the team.
