THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Product Manager will be pivotal to our companys success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing product organization, serving as the strategic owner of the Sales Engagement product area within our Predictive Revenue Platform — driving the vision, roadmap, and execution that directly impacts how enterprise revenue teams operate.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product experiences that help revenue teams make smarter, faster decisions. Specifically, you will:
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality product features on time and with measurable impact.
- Own and prioritize your product roadmap, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct deep customer discovery and translate insights into clear, well-scoped requirements and user stories.
- Define success metrics and rigorously track product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.

THE TEAM:
Our Clari + Salesloft Product team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming product managers, designers, and researchers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:
- Vision: Fundamentally transform the way buyers and sellers drive repeatable outcomes
- Mission: Bring science to the art of sales
THE SKILL SET:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end and shipping impactful features
- Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements
- Experience working closely with engineering and design in an agile environment
- Comfort with data — you use metrics to prioritize, measure success, and make decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority
- Collaborative mindset — you celebrate team wins and share credit generously
- Experience managing products with ML/AI components — you understand enough to have productive conversations with data scientists and engineers
- Familiarity with using AI tools to uplevel your strategic thinking, speed of execution, prototyping, researching, and more — youre someone who actively experiments with new tools to work smarter
- Nice to have experience with CRM, sales engagement, or revenue intelligence platforms
- Background in or strong familiarity with revenue operations, forecasting, or sales analytics
