Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gangtok for a Human Resources Executive at Suba Group Of Hotels. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources management on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
- Experience in managing diverse human resources functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus
