Software Developer (Full Stack - Delhi)

About the job:

We are looking for enthusiastic full-stack developers to join our expanding development team to work on our market leading intelligence platforms.

You will have experience in developing high-performance front-end applications, APIs, back-end services, database solutions, and CI/CD pipelines. You will need to be confident with complex workflows and working with large relational databases.

What youll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining software that powers our subscriber platforms and data gathering operations
• Working with large and complex relational databases including spatial
• Working within a supportive team in an agile development methodology
• Actively involved throughout the development cycle, from initial wireframing to final deployment
• Responsible for unit testing your code and partaking in peer code reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, plan project deliverables, and track implementation through to deployment

Youll need to have:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in software development working within SDLC practises
• Ability to communicate clearly in English across geographically dispersed teams
• A Computer Science degree or equivalent from a top tier university
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail

Youll need to have these technical skills:

• Strong skills in .NET development in C#
• Working knowledge of frontend languages such as: Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Kendo UI
• Working knowledge of backend services such as: C#, WebApi, Python
• Working knowledge of data providers such as: SQL Server
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as: Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity CI, Octopus Deploy, JIRA Issue Tracking or comparable products

We love to see:

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new techniques, programming languages and software tools and an appreciation of the wider software development landscape
• Any knowledge of the maritime, offshore oil and gas, or offshore renewable industries
• Awareness of global trade, economics, and statistics
• Any working knowledge of using Azure services including Event Hubs, Azure Kubernetes Services, Databricks, Azure Redis and Azure Foundry.
