Key Responsibilities

Content creation:
Assist in creating engaging content (posts, reels, captions) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Support the development of content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Research trending topics and contribute creative ideas
Community management:
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Engage with the audience to build a positive and active community
Escalate queries or concerns to the relevant team when required
Content scheduling & management:
Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar
Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite/Buffer/Meta Business Suite
Ensure consistency across all social media platforms
Analytics & reporting:

Track basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth
Support in preparing weekly/monthly reports
Identify top-performing content with guidance from the team
Trend research & growth support:
Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and viral formats

Support experimentation with new content formats
