Job Description
- As a Technical Architect specializing in Mobile App Development for iOS and Android platforms with over 12 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an architectural role, you will play a crucial role at Clean Harbors in leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions. Your responsibilities will revolve around modernizing the enterprise architecture and aligning mobile platforms with Clean Harbors" digital transformation goals.
Your key responsibilities will include architecting and overseeing the development of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms utilizing modern frameworks and tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, defining and enforcing mobile architecture standards, leading the transition towards service-oriented architectures, and mentoring developers and tech leads will be essential aspects of your role.
You will be expected to ensure that mobile applications meet Clean Harbors" security, performance, and compliance standards while actively participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to release planning and project execution. Driving the adoption of new mobile technologies, conducting code reviews, collaborating with product managers and UX/UI designers, and monitoring application performance metrics will also be part of your responsibilities.
Furthermore, your role will involve staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to evaluate their potential impact on Clean Harbors" mobile strategy. Experience with cloud platforms and mobile backend-as-a-service, as well as certifications in mobile development or cloud architecture, will be beneficial for this position.

Additional skills such as expertise in mobile app analytics tools, proficiency in containerization technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are highly valued. Your commitment to Clean Harbors" architectural modernization goals, including migration to .NET Core and Microsoft-supported stacks by 2029, will be crucial.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Java, and cross-platform frameworks. Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns, experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies, as well as strong knowledge of mobile security best practices and performance optimization are also required qualifications.,
