Job Description
- Write clear, engaging content for emails and CRM channels
- Build end-to-end CRM funnels for onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Design logic-based journeys using user behaviour, triggers, and cohorts
- Work with designers to create clean, mobile-first layouts
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and flows
- Create regular CRM performance reports covering funnel health and campaign impact
- Analyse data across CRM, product funnel and user behaviour
- Use insights from reporting to continuously optimise funnels and messaging
What were looking for:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- Strong writing skills with a clear, conversational tone
- Solid understanding of email and lifecycle funnel mechanics
- Experience working with CRM tools like MoEngage, CleverTap,Netcore, or similar
- Comfort with design collaboration and layout thinking
- Data-aware mindset. You dont need to be an analyst, but you should know what good looks like
- High ownership and attention to detail
