Implementation Manager

Role Summary :

Lead end-to-end product implementation and deployment, ensuring successful customer onboarding, seamless platform adoption, and continuous product enhancement. Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Clients to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Own end-to-end product implementation from project kickoff to Go-Live and Hypercare.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional product enhancements.

Drive customer onboarding, solution configuration, data migration, integrations, and user training.

Collaborate with Product and Partners teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.

Manage cross-functional stakeholders, project plans, risks, dependencies, and implementation timelines.

Coordinate UAT, production releases, and post-Go-Live support to ensure successful adoption.

Drive API, ERP, Finance, HRMS, and third-party system integrations.

Monitor implementation KPIs, customer adoption, SLA compliance, and project health.

Develop implementation playbooks, SOPs, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term success.
