About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on creative planner who can not only ideate and strategize but also execute

and collaborate across campaigns, manage timelines and help structure creative workflows.

You are Responsible for

You will:

? Interpret creative briefs and design key visuals into platform-first formats for brand, digital

and performance marketing

? Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative output, personalization,

and campaign efficiency

? Ensure the final output is aligned with the brands visual identity, visually strong, and

communicates the right proposition

? Have a strong eye for layout, typography, design balance, and brand consistency

? Assist in structuring creative workflows, guiding junior creatives, and ensuring

consistency across campaigns

To succeed in this role you should have the following

? Be a hustler with a strong experimental mindset, unafraid to test unconventional ideas

? Be passionate about using AI tools and creative technologies and integrate them into your

work

? Be comfortable switching between high-level creative strategy and detailed campaign

execution

? Be collaborative, organised, and timeline-driven

? Have a good eye for design interpretation and layout quality

Mandatory Skills

? Strong Graphic/Brand Design foundation with 5+ years of work experience

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

? Proficiency in AI tools like Runway, Canva Magic Design, Midjourney, Descript

? Understanding of design systems, scale, hierarchy, typography, and visual rhythm

? High attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured timelines

Desirable Skills

? Innovation & design thinking

? Presentation & storytelling skills

? Basic understanding of digital advertising, performance metrics and audience

engagement

? Bonus: Motion graphics & video editing
