We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associate to drive growth and expand the market reach of CleHaus. This role is ideal for those who are confident communicators and can pitch our design/technology concepts and services to potential customers and consultants.
As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, consultants and contributing to CleHaus overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new trends, and untapped opportunities in the residential / commercial space.
- Pitch the companys concepts, design approach, and services to potential customers
- Conduct site visits and understand client requirements (luminous, thermal & security comfort, home entertainment, etc.)
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, online platforms and field visit by reaching out to potential clients (homeowners, architects, real estate developers, etc.),
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities.
- Achieve business development target.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
- Basic understanding of home interiors or design concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate experience is a Plus.
- Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
