Sales Business Development Executive

CLÈZIO LABS is a growing D2C skincare brand focused on building high-quality skincare products and expanding its presence across retail and online channels.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our retail presence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication, networking and building relationships. Freshers are welcome to apply — what matters most is your confidence, attitude and willingness to learn.

• Identify and approach new retail and business opportunities
• Connect with beauty stores, salons, retailers and potential business partners
• Present and pitch CLÈZIO LABS products to prospective clients
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients
• Follow up with leads, enquiries and existing accounts
• Work towards monthly sales targets
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and market feedback
• Contribute ideas to help grow the brands offline presence

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
• Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in sales, skincare, beauty, FMCG or D2C is a plus
