About the Team Business Value Engineering (BVE)

The Business Value Engineering (BVE)team at Click2Cloud partners with enterprise customers, and technology vendors to define, quantify, and defend the business case for AI and cloud investments.

Business Value Engineers act as the bridge between AI technology and executive decision-making, elevating conversations from features and licenses to financial outcomes, ROI, and strategic impact. The team plays a critical role in enterprise sales motions, value discovery workshops, and post-deal value realization.

As a Business Value Consultant,you will partner closely with Click2Cloud sales and customer stakeholders to articulate the economic, strategic, and operational valueof AI-powered solutions.

You will design and lead value engineering engagements, develop reusable financial frameworks, and support executive-level conversationsparticularly with CxOs across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Case & Financial Modeling

• Build compelling business casesand value realization models for AI and Cloud solutions
• Develop standardized value calculators, ROI tools, and financial models used by Sales and Customers

Executive Storytelling & Value Narrative

• Craft CxO-ready narratives, presentations, and investment justificationstailored to CFO, CIO, COO, CHRO, and business leaders
• Translate technical capabilities into business-outcome language, aligned to board-level priorities
• Support executive workshops, value discovery sessions, and deal-closing discussions

Research, Benchmarking & Industry Insight

• Conduct customer, industry, and functional researchto generate value models with credible benchmarks
• Develop sector-specific value frameworks for various industries

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ yearsin business consulting, business value engineering, strategic finance, or enterprise transformation roles
• Demonstrated expertise in ROI modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and financial modeling
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent engagements
• Self-directed, outcome-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Fluent in English and Spanish(spoken and written), with experience engaging Spanish-speaking enterprise customers
• BA/BS degreein Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in AI, SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software with a background in Financial Services
• Experience developing scalable value frameworks and methodologies
