Position : SAP Training Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate must have experience in SAP technologies (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Enable Now), with a strong background in instructional design, content creation, and user training. The SAP Training Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training materials and documentation to support our organizations SAP users. They will work closely with key stakeholders to identify training needs, design effective learning solutions, and ensure the successful adoption of SAP technologies across the

organization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop learning objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP training materials, including simulations, documentation, and e-learning modules.
• Customize training content to meet the specific requirements of different user groups and business processes.
• 
  Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars to end-users and support staff.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to SAP users, answer questions and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP Enable Now updates and best practices, incorporating new features and functionality into training materials.
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure seamless integration of SAP Enable Now with other systems and applications.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Familiarity with other SAP technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori).
• Proven experience working with SAP Overview Training Delivery.
• SAP Enable Now, including content creation, administration, and user training.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering training in a corporate environment, preferably within the SAP ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  Get Hired
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus

Minimum Educational Qualification - Bachelors Degree in related fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Instructional Design

Experience - Minimum 7+ Years
