Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions, aligning them with the companys goals and vision.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, manage CRM systems and analyze sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
- Requires deep understanding of IT Hardware | Software POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges, and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with a focus on achieving win-win agreements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record in sales within the POS industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role.
