Job Description
As Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company s growth across the region. You will develop and deepen relationships with both new and existing clients, identify opportunities in established and emerging markets, and represent a brand renowned for engineering excellence. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the company s regional success and positioning it as a trusted partner for complex, high-value projects.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy to strengthen market presence across the Middle East (Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Egypt)
- Identify, acquire and develop new customers while expanding business with existing key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry
- Conduct strategic market analyses to identify emerging trends, competitor activities and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements
- Drive complex sales processes from initial contact through to contract negotiation and project closure

- Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and product management teams to ensure optimal technical solutions and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of marketing and business strategies, representing the company at trade fairs, conferences and customer events
- Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts and market insights to senior management in company HQ
