Asset, CMDB And Endpoint Security Lead

Own the accuracy of the asset and configuration data estate and the endpoint security posture across all 573 locations, and lead the asset, licensing and endpoint security team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the CMDB - data model, CI classes, relationships, discovery configuration and data quality standards.
• Own the IT asset management lifecycle from procurement through deployment to secure disposal.
• Own endpoint security posture reporting and the governance of remediation activity.
• Define and enforce asset, CMDB and endpoint security policy, standards and audit cycles.
• Line-manage the Asset and CMDB Analysts, Software Asset and Licensing Analyst, Endpoint Security Analyst and Patch Engineers.
• Report asset position, licence compliance and security posture into the governance cycle.
• Own the physical audit programme across the estate in conjunction with field teams.
• Support client and external audit requests with accurate asset and compliance evidence.
• Drive automation of discovery, reconciliation and compliance reporting.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• CMDB design and data governance (ServiceNow CMDB strongly preferred).
• IT asset management lifecycle and disposal governance.
• Endpoint security platforms and posture management.
• Discovery tooling and data reconciliation at scale.
• Team leadership across analyst and engineering roles.
• Audit and compliance reporting.
