Manager - Brand Marketing - Pharma

The Marketing team works closely with multiple business lines to drive brand and category/service salience, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. The team operates across multiple verticals including Brand, Performance & Digital, CRM, Creative, Social, and Partnerships.

What you will do:

• Act as the marketing partner for the Specialty Pharma business, helping drive awareness, adoption and growth for the portfolio.
• Build marketing plans for priority therapy areas/portfolios, with a clear focus on awareness, education, consideration and conversion.
• Develop a strong understanding of the customer journey across specialty medicines, including barriers to discovery, trust, access and repeat usage.
• Lead GTM strategy and execution across channels including platform, CRM, social, performance marketing and offline, wherever required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, design, content, performance, CRM, product and analytics to bring campaigns and interventions to life.

What are we looking for:

• 5-7 years of experience in brand building, category marketing, or growth marketing.
• Strong ownership mindset with comfort in driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to work across multiple portfolios, shifting priorities and fast-paced timelines.
• Strong balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor.
• Ability to translate business priorities and customer insights into clear marketing plans.
• Structured problem-solving and strong stakeholder management skills.
