As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of multi-tenant SaaS products that serve a diverse customer base, ensuring high availability and seamless user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into production-ready code, while maintaining a clean, maintainable architecture that supports rapid feature iteration. Your deep knowledge of React and NodeJS will be vital in creating responsive front‑ends and robust back‑ends, with a focus on performance, security, and test coverage. You will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices across the engineering team, ultimately driving the technical vision that aligns with business goals.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Architect and develop scalable SaaS applications using React and NodeJS
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs that serve enterprise-grade clients
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and load times
• Integrate third‑party services (payment gateways, analytics, CI/CD pipelines)
• Write automated unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests with continuous integration
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to define product roadmap and feature priorities
• Troubleshoot production incidents, analyze root causes, and implement long‑term fixes
• Document technical decisions, architecture diagrams, and best‑practice guidelines
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions

• 12+ years of hands‑on experience in full stack development for SaaS platforms
• Proven track record of delivering high‑revenue products from concept to production
• Expert proficiency in React, Redux, TypeScript, and NodeJS/Express ecosystems
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non‑technical, across teams
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization, indexing, and data modeling for SQL/NoSQL databases
• Passion for learning new technologies and improving development processes.
