Our client is a leading investment holding company with diversified assets across real estate, manufacturing, and retail. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and performance analysis.
- Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Support strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.
- Improve cost control and operational efficiency through continuous process enhancements.

- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/CFA preferred.
- 6 8 years of experience in finance business partnering or FP&A.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and BI systems (SAP, Power BI).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
