Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Human Resources Specialist at Climeto in Indore. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for multiple positions recruitments, managing HR policies, Payroll, employee benefits, benefits administration, Employee Engagement and overall HR management. The role will involve supporting and implementing various HR initiatives and programs to ensure employee welfare and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Years of Work Experience is Required in Human Resource Executive.
• Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience is Required in Senior Executive Human Resource.
• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
