Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will source and recruit top-tier talent for our investment banking clients.
What you will do: Identify and assess potential candidates, manage the recruitment process, and build relationships with candidates and clients.
Key responsibility:
- Source and screen candidates for investment banking roles across various seniority levels.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Use various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, databases).
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive search or recruitment.
- Understanding of the investment banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
