Key responsibility:

• Source and screen candidates for investment banking roles across various seniority levels.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Use various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, databases).

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in executive search or recruitment.
• Understanding of the investment banking industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
