Investment Banking Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our Investment Banking division.

What you will do: You'll use various recruiting techniques including networking, headhunting, and social media to find suitable candidates.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top-tier Investment Banking candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer letter.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Track key metrics and report on recruiting progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the Investment Banking sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
