• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
• Managing candidate relationships and communication.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Extending job offers and handling negotiations.
• Tracking key metrics and reporting progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the finance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
