Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and clinical experts to define and deliver product features.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements.
• Support go-to-market strategies, including product launches, training, and documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS-based HealthTech companies.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in healthcare or related domains.

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
