Business Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Analyst or Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team focused on building innovative SaaS solutions for the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in HealthTech, a strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycles, and a user-centric mindset to drive impactful product features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and clinical experts to define and deliver product features.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
• 
  Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements.
• Support go-to-market strategies, including product launches, training, and documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and KPIs.

• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
