Cloudangles - Program Manager - Enterprise Governance & Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Program Governance & Strategic Execution:
- Establish and manage enterprise governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of enterprise-wide programs and transformation initiatives.
- Develop governance models, operating mechanisms, escalation processes, and decision-making frameworks.
- Monitor program performance against defined KPIs, milestones, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure program delivery adheres to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and governance reviews.
PMO & Portfolio Management:
- Lead PMO activities across multiple strategic programs and initiatives.
- Create and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, dashboards, scorecards, and governance reports.
- Track dependencies, risks, issues, resource utilization, and program budgets.
- Standardize project management methodologies, templates, and best practices across teams.
- Drive portfolio prioritization and resource allocation processes.
Operational Excellence:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational improvements, and cost efficiencies.
- Implement governance controls and operational metrics to enhance business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, process re-engineering, and operational standardization.
- Establish performance monitoring frameworks and operational dashboards.
Risk, Compliance & Controls:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
- Manage risk registers, issue logs, mitigation plans, and corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits related to governance and operational processes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with senior leadership, business units, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights on program health, risks, and strategic outcomes.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and business insights.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and present executive dashboards, governance reports, and management updates.
- Analyze program and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure transparency through accurate reporting and communication mechanisms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Program & Governance Expertise:

- Strong experience in Enterprise Program Management, Governance, PMO, and Business Operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Expertise in governance frameworks, operating models, and performance management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and strategic initiatives.
Project & Portfolio Management:
- Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Planning, Budget Management, and Change Management.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Asana.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Experience with enterprise risk management, governance controls, and audit processes.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and operational controls.
- Ability to identify and proactively mitigate risks.
Data & Reporting:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Tableau (preferred), and Executive Reporting Tools.
- Ability to create impactful dashboards and management reports.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
