- Collaborate with Client & Solution Partners to define engagement success criteria
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Lead project kickoffs and set clear stakeholder expectations
- Plan resources, manage calendars, and oversee project timelines
- Balance technical execution with people management and change management
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early; develop and apply mitigation strategies
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns professionally
- Understand USEReadys offerings deeply and align them with client challenges
- Ensure solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices
- Maintain strong communication across internal teams and client stakeholders
- Foster collaboration, teamwork, accountability, and high-quality delivery outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors and Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in project delivery or program management (tech/consulting)
- Experience in domains such as Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Energy
