CLOUDIT - Accountant - QuickBooks Online & NetSuite Specialist

About Us:
CLOUDIT US-based company providing end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial services to global clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing books of accounts, reconciling financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires 2-4 years of practical experience in accounting and proven proficiency in QBO and NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Perform bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations.

3. Process journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
5. Prepare financial statements and management reports.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transaction recording.
7. Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
