Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Business Central (formerly NAV), strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementations across various industries (Mainly in Manufacturing Industry).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation process for new and existing implementations of D365 Business Central.
• Configure Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales & Purchase as per client requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client users and internal teams.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
• Lead the Technical (Developer) teams for customizations and integrations.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and optimization.
• Create functional documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of Business Central standard functionalities, workflows, and capabilities.
• Experience in successfully implemented at-least 6 - 7 full lifecycle D365 BC implementations.
• Good knowledge of business processes in Manufacturing, Finance, Trade.
• Experience in data migration, Power BI reporting, and extensions is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800) is a plus.
