Mulesoft Platform Admin (CSI) | Contract Role Pan India

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Mulesoft Platform Administration
  
• Manage Cloudhub2, RTF and FlexGateway environments
  
• Support OpenShift setup and configurations on AWS and Azure
  
• Oversee Flex Gateway lifecycle including upgrades and patching
  
• Handle APIM tasks such as TLS certificate renewals and configuration
  
• Perform backup and restore activities and ensure platform stability
  
• Monitor platform capacity, performance and health checks
  
• Coordinate firewall change requests and troubleshoot platform issues
  
• Manage incident handling and ensure timely resolution
  
• Work with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Tekton and ArgoCD (KINO)
  
• Document processes and tasks for knowledge transfer
  
• Collaborate with EIP/OpenShift support teams and drive continuous improvements
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5 to 8 years of overall experience with minimum 4 years in Mulesoft Platform Administration
  
• Strong hands-on experience in Cloudhub2, RTF and FlexGateway
  
• Good understanding of OpenShift in AWS and Azure
  
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Tekton and ArgoCD
  
• Strong knowledge of APIM operations and TLS certificate lifecycle
  
• Solid experience in cloud operations and platform support
  
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and incident management skills
  
• Strong documentation, communication and coordination abilities
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
