Branch Manager

: Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager- Chandigarh to lead our operations in Punjab (Chandigarh/Ludhiana/Amritsar). This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2C sales, team leadership, and branch profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales Experience of 12-18 years (B2C Sales) required with exposure to Branch operations management and Overall P&L management
• Oversee all branch activities to ensure efficient and profitable operations
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of branch staff
• Drive monthly target planning and distribution across teams
• Execute lead generation strategies with marketing teams and monitor conversion trends
  
• Assess local market conditions and identify new sales opportunities
• Manage pull leads from digital channels, referrals, and other sources
• Track and optimize lead-to-sale performance weekly
• Foster team engagement through coaching, training, and motivation
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline by hiring high-energy professionals
• Control operational costs to ensure profitability
• Resolve member complaints and escalations within defined timelines

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent in Business
