Job Description
- As a Travel Sales Consultant at Clubside Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in assisting clients with their travel needs and creating memorable travel experiences across West Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Andaman, and the Northeast.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, along with experience in Travel Arrangements and Customer Service. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in building rapport with clients and providing exceptional service. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, coupled with knowledge of local and regional travel destinations, will enable you to meet and exceed client expectations.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential attributes for success in this role. Previous experience in the travel industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
