Description: CLUIX is looking for a Creative Designer who can translate ideas, technology, and information into strong visual communication across digital and physical formats. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a good understanding of branding and visual communication, and be well-versed with current design software, AI-powered creative tools, and evolving digital design workflows.

About The Role

• Create visual content for social media, websites, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, catalogues, reports, events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop social media creatives, carousels, infographics, banners, presentations, and other brand assets.
• Translate technical and data-heavy information into clear, visually engaging communication.
• Maintain consistency across CLUIXs visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, product launches, and corporate communications.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, product, and R&D teams.
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, animations, and other digital content where required.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print applications.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats, platforms, and screen sizes.
• Explore new design trends, visual formats, technologies, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, image generation, editing, and creative production, while maintaining design quality and originality.

Skill(s) required

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, creative design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative solutions.
• Good understanding of branding and digital communication.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to new software, tools, and emerging creative technologies.
• Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of relevant current design software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video tools will be an advantage.
• Candidates should also be comfortable using modern AI-powered creative tools for image generation, ideation, visual exploration, editing, and content creation.
