Job Description
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst for Finance Transformation, you will drive the digital evolution of our global shipping & logistics finance operations. You will act as the critical link between finance stakeholders and technical squads, utilizing Agile methodologies to implement world-class financial systems in the Shipping & Logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities
• Finance Process Engineering: Map complex logistics workflows—including vessel accounting, freight auditing, and multi-currency tariffs—to identify automation opportunities.
• System Implementation: Support the end-to-end integration of specialized tools such as HighRadius, Medius, and BlackLine into our core ERP landscape.
• Change Management: Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and IT, driving user adoption across global business units and ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives to ensure finance transformation milestones are met on time.
• Agile Requirement Management: Lead the discovery, documentation, and grooming of user stories and functional specifications within Jira.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain the Single Source of Truth for project documentation, process maps, and stakeholder decisions using Confluence.
Technical Skills & Proficiency
• Specialized Finance Tools: Hands-on experience or strong functional knowledge of HighRadius (AR), Medius (AP), or BlackLine (Close Management).
• Familiarity with RPA, AI-driven analytics, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Agile Methodology: Deep experience working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks; ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable Definition of Done criteria.

• Atlassian Suite Mastery: o Jira: Expert proficiency in managing backlogs, creating advanced filters (JQL), and tracking sprint velocity. o Confluence: Expert in creating structured project spaces, collaborative whiteboarding, and technical documentation.
• Data & Analytics: High proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for logistics-specific financial reporting.
Experience & Qualifications
• Domain Expertise: 4–8 years of experience in Shipping & Logistics or a closely related global supply chain environment (Preferable)
• Transformation Background: Proven track record in Finance Transformation projects, specifically focusing on ERP modernization and process automation.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
• Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or IIBA-CBAP is highly desirable.
