Job Purpose :
Key Responsibilities :

- Handle and Manage Litigation profile end to end related to business.
- Drafting and vetting legal pleadings, communication, notices, engagement letters etc.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case note, list of date/ event including opinions.
- Coordinating, briefing / attended meeting with business, senior advocate, lawyer.
- Assist company official to represent before courts and law enforcement office.
- Maintain physical and digital record of the cases including in digital tool.
- Preparing and maintaining Litigation MIS (contingent / provision), payment / other MIS for timely submission to stakeholders.
Experience Required :
- Minimum 11 PQE (6 years practice as lawyer in court).
Experience / depth knowledge of :
- Substantive including penal law.
- Criminal & Civil procedure law.
- Arbitration, Consumer, legal metrology, IBC and SARFAESI.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Law Graduate (LL.B / LL. M).
- Minimum 11 PQE (6 years practice as lawyer in court).
