Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
What you will do: You will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs for employees at all levels.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs.
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.
- Deliver training programs to employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong instructional design skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
