Learning And Development Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

What you will do: You will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs for employees at all levels.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs.
• Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.
• Deliver training programs to employees.
• 
  Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong instructional design skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
