Talent Acquisition Partner

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our growing EdTech company. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various roles.

What you will do: You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, manage the candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will also use various recruitment tools and technologies.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across various channels.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking).
• Manage the candidate pipeline and track progress.
• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews.

• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
