Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales and Revenue Operations located in the Pune Division. We are looking for a Head of Sales and revenue operations (with strong Edtech Experience only) who can build and lead a high-performance inside sales team, drive predictable revenue growth, and create a structured, process-driven sales environment.

This role requires strong leadership, funnel management, and the ability to scale revenue through disciplined execution and team productivity.

Qualifications

  • 7-13 years of strong Edtech Experience of leading larger teams with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue target
  • Effective Team Management skills to lead and motivate sales teams towards achieving goals
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decisions
  • Experience in revenue forecasting, reporting, and sales operations processes

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the larger inside sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets

Drive consistent revenue growth and maintain predictable sales performance

Improve conversion rates across the entire sales funnel

Monitor daily sales metrics including leads, calls, connect rate, and closures

Ensure strict CRM discipline and accurate pipeline visibility

Build strong sales processes, scripts, and follow-up frameworks

Coach and mentor, train counsellors through call reviews and deal strategy

Maintain pricing discipline and improve average ticket size

Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and lead utilization

Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results

Key Performace Metrix

The Head of Sales will be evaluated on:

Monthly Revenue Achievement and MOM growth

Lead-to-Enrolment Conversion Rate

Revenue per Counsellor Productivity

Average Ticket Size Growth

CRM Compliance and Funnel Visibility

Team Performance and retention

Note -Applicants must have prior experience leading sales teams in the EdTech industry, preferably managing high-ticket course sales and counsellor-driven inside sales teams.
