Investment Banking Associate - Asset Management

What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in executing transactions related to investments in energy sector assets.

What you will do: Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, and assist in deal structuring.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential energy sector investments.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for prospective investors.
• Assist in structuring and executing transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals in the energy industry.
  
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting the energy sector.
• Support senior bankers in all aspects of the investment process.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Experience in investment banking or asset management (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
