This Role Involves

• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction at the suite's levels including Live Lounge and Dine & View.
• Direct Suites staff in the areas of service and operational duties and will work closely with other departments such as guest experience, culinary and events to ensure that Suites operations run smoothly.
• Ensures that standards for quality, service, timeliness, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance are met for food service within the suites seating areas including Live Lounge and Dine & View.
• Provide hands-on management and oversight during events and will organize and support post-event closing of the suites including Live lounges and Dine & View.
  

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Suites (including Live Lounges, Elevate Deck, and Dine & View): Lead event and non-event day operations, oversee comprehensive planning (staff, menus, and setup), develop bespoke VIP packages, and build strong relationships with suite holders and key clientele.
• Food & Beverage: Plan and manage beverage stock levels, analyze menu performance to optimize A la carte selections, develop deluxe bar and wine packages, and oversee F&B recruitment, budgeting, and standard operating procedures.
• Reporting & Planning: Forecast sales and spending per head, plan manpower and stock par levels for each event, and complete post-event debrief reports and quality checklists.

Qualifications
You should have:

• Degree or certification in hospitality, business or related field.
  

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role in F&B.
• Must have previous experience in a license restaurant preferably in clubs.
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic is a plus.
  

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Ability to work unsupervised.

• IT literate including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
