Job Description

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in optimizing financials for the marketing campaigns to ensure that they deliver maximum impact with the right investment. This professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights, implement best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement in marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills to drive comprehensive marketing effectiveness and efficiency solutions that achieve business objectives and optimize resources.

What You’ll Do For Us

Business Partnering & Prioritization

  • Ensuring successful financial planning, execution, optimization of key campaigns via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to marketing and media agency
  • Establish, implement, and monitor best practices to optimize ROI on marketing spends
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of marketing metrics and performance
  • Identify areas for improvement in marketing effectiveness and efficiency by evaluating customer acquisition costs, engagement rates, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators
  • Link Consumer & Execution Metrics to the Brand Media Strategy and conversion funnels (Awareness, Consideration, Affinity)
  • Develop the common metrics, KPIs and suite of reports and analytics that allow effectiveness and efficiency to be measured and improved. (Including, but not limited to, data quality and value, attribution, account-based marketing, conversion funnels)
  • Understand and leverage MVA in partnership with the Insights team to help brands drive the right levers for growth

Budget Management

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all media channels (traditional & digital) to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad campaign spends

Stakeholder Management

Key business stakeholders include Category & IMX team along with our external agency partners.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance with related experience

  • 5-6 years of experience, ideally in FMCG or similar industries
  • Must possess strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of syndicated marketplace information & data (e.g., Nielsen) are required
  • Working knowledge of marketing analysis tools like (e.g. MVA, MMM) is preferred.
