Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager for our office located in Bangalore & Kochi. This individual will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities will include researching potential markets, generating leads, preparing business proposals, conducting client meetings, and negotiating contracts. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure company goals are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Sales Analysis for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong Negotiation, Business Communication, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in preparing Business Proposals, Presentations, and Contracts for clients

  • Knowledge of Sales Strategies and Goal Setting for achieving and surpassing targets
  • Background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and understanding of various business models
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and business development goals
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; an MBA or equivalent is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
