Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to expand our IT services business. The role involves owning revenue targets, building strategic client relationships, and driving sales for solutions developed using open-source technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve revenue and growth targets for IT services
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outbound sales
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and enterprise clients
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment
- Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and commercial agreements
- Develop go-to-market strategies for open-source-based solutions
- Build, manage, and mentor the sales and business development team
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

- 5+ years of proven experience in IT sales or business development
- Strong exposure to open-source technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, React, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, CMS platforms, etc.)
- Experience selling custom software, web, mobile, and cloud solutions
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work with global clients and multiple stakeholders
