Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a documentation specialist. This is a work-from-home position with flexible hours, making it ideal for those who enjoy creating professional documentation for student academic projects. As a documentation specialist, you will be responsible for creating detailed documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations using a variety of AI tools and software.

Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive documentation for student academic projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to academic standards. You will develop UML diagrams, architecture diagrams, and other technical designs using tools such as Star UML and Rational Rose. Additionally, you will prepare PowerPoint presentations based on the documentation created, focusing on clarity and visual appeal. By utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT, you will enhance the quality and speed of documentation creation. It will be your responsibility to verify that each document and presentation meets the required quality standards before submission. Collaboration with the team to ensure that the final documents align with project objectives is essential, and you will need to submit completed work for verification and incorporate feedback when necessary.
To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Microsoft Word, including advanced features for document formatting and table of contents. A strong knowledge of UML diagrams, architecture diagrams, and technical design concepts is required. Familiarity with tools like Star UML, Rational Rose, or similar tools for UML design creation is necessary. Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation is also essential. Attention to detail with a strong focus on document quality and accuracy is key, along with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also important for this role.

This opportunity is open to candidates of all genders and ages residing anywhere in India. While prior experience in academic project documentation or similar work is preferred, it is not mandatory.
The compensation for this position includes full-time, part-time, and permanent job types with expected hours ranging from 30 to 50 per week. You will enjoy benefits such as a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home in a remote setting.,
